The Honor Bell stands as the first tolling bell ever cast in U.S. history specifically crafted to pay a final honor to United States Service Members killed in action and Armed Forces Veterans.

Run to the Shrine has become an annual Cheyenne Mountain Zoo tradition, and it is the only time of the year that guests are allowed to travel the breathtaking road to the Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun by foot. All proceeds from Run to the Shrine benefit Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

A dog-friendly festival featuring craft brews and spirits tasting, pet contests, activities for the whole family, and plenty of tasty food from local food trucks! Pawtoberfest is one of the Humane Society Pikes Peak Region’s annual signature fundraising events- All proceeds benefit the homeless and abused animals at Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region!
